We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. For the sale of physical products, We may pre authorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. b) Company Shipping
Company agrees to ship products within 72 hours of completion of Your order, if not sooner. You will receive an initial email confirmation upon completion of Your order as well as a second email when Your order ships which will include a tracking number. Standard shipping fees are included in Your purchase. If You require expedited shipping you will be provided a shipping quote at checkout of which it is Your responsibility to pay.
If You are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:
c) Returns & Refunds
All products are 100% returnable and refundable within 30 calendar days, no questions asked. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, We can no longer offer You a refund or exchange.
Once Your return is received and inspected, We will send You an email to notify You that We have received Your returned product(s) and that Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If there seems to be a delay in receiving a refund, be sure to check Your bank account and then contact Your credit card company directly as it may take some time before Your refund is posted. Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. d) Exchanges (if applicable)

e) Customer Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund.
Depending on where You live, the time it may take for Your exchanged product to reach You may vary.
If You are shipping an item over $75, You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that We will receive Your returned item.
