Following 25 years of healthcare leadership at pharmaceutical company Pfizer and healthtech startups athenahealth and Plexus Healthcare Strategies, Greg has dedicated the past two years to the medical hemp and CBD marketplace. As Cohort’s CEO, Greg brings his team management, business development, revenue growth strategies and Cohort’s unique platform to the emerging worlds of cannabinoid science, partner development and product solutions.

Fernando is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and former corporate executive with a track record of launching new initiatives and businesses to drive company and product awareness, impact and revenues. He is experienced in developing and implementing multiple components of different business model strategies including operations, client services, sales and marketing, and legal within industries including HealthTech, Health & Wellness and 401(k) plan services.

Peter is a skilled and creative eCommerce and digital marketing innovator and entrepreneur. He has an extensive background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing (SEM), Programmatic Advertising, SMS Marketing, Custom Analytics, as well as digital and traditional Branding, Advertising and Sales. As CDMO, Peter leads Cohort's external and internal digital development, operations and optimization strategies.

Dr. Weiner is double board certified in Interventional Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She practices integrative pain management focusing on the etiology and offering individualized holistic treatment options including CBD and cannabis. Her research focuses on using cannabis as a substitute for opioids in chronic pain patients and amongst seniors. Dr.Weiner completed her residency and fellowship training at the University of Miami.

Dr. Turner is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician who specializes in minimally invasive image guided orthopedic procedures to place steroids, platelet rich plasma, and stem cell injections into damaged tissue to help patients recover function faster with lower risk.

Dr. Gay is a board-certified pain physician and an accomplished interventional pain specialist. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and subsequently completed his residency and fellowship training at New York’s Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia University.

Steve is a serial entrepreneur with over 30-years of experience successfully building companies. He has focused on starting companies through the development of strategic concepts, going to market, growth management into established businesses, and in several instances leading to successful exits. Most recently Steve was the CEO of NueHealth.
